Chief Negotiators LLC ("we," "us," "our") operates www.thechiefnegotiators.com. This policy covers information collected through this website — not the confidential handling of mandate information once you have engaged us, which is covered directly in our engagement terms with you.

Information we collect

Directly from you, when you use a form on this site (the inquiry form, the offtaker qualification request, or the availability matcher): your name, company and title, email address, phone number where you provide it, and the details of your requirement (platform, scale, region, timing, term, deposit position, or a free-text brief).

Automatically, through our website analytics provider: pages visited, general location (country/region level), device and browser type, and how you arrived at the site. IP addresses are anonymized before this data is processed.

We do not collect sensitive categories of personal data (health, biometric, precise geolocation, and similar) through this site, and our forms do not ask for them.

How we use it

To respond to your inquiry, run the mandate you have asked us to work, and communicate with you about it. To understand which pages are useful, so we can improve the site. We do not use your information to make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects on you.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. It passes through a small number of service providers, each used only for what they are described for below:

• A form-delivery service — routes inquiries submitted through this site's forms to our email inbox. It is a mail pipe, not a party we share your information with for any other purpose.
• A website analytics provider — site usage analytics, with IP anonymization enabled. Only active after you accept analytics cookies (see below).
• A scheduling tool — if you book a call through our booking link, that provider processes what you enter there (name, email, time selected) under its own privacy terms.

We may also disclose information where required by law, to protect our legal rights, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets — in which case we would tell you.

Cookies and analytics
